我很高興收到您1月17日和2月9日的兩封來(lái)信，因?yàn)楣ぷ髅�，遲復(fù)為歉！得知您仍然健康地工作我很開心。我在2023年下半年給您回過信和寫過信，可能是您身體健康和休假的原因，您是否看到？

中法是兩個(gè)友好大國(guó)，兩國(guó)元首和高官都在近期的重要時(shí)間和重大節(jié)日里有良好的互動(dòng)和交流，他們給世界的和平發(fā)展帶來(lái)許多正能量。

您所提到的聯(lián)合國(guó)秘書長(zhǎng)安東尼奧•古特雷斯先生所談到的關(guān)于文化和旅游的重要性，以及2024巴黎奧運(yùn)會(huì)給世界旅游業(yè)發(fā)展帶來(lái)巨大機(jī)會(huì)和世界旅游組織秘書長(zhǎng)祖拉布·波洛利卡什維利的有關(guān)重視國(guó)際社團(tuán)發(fā)展的觀點(diǎn)我都清楚地明白：世界酒店聯(lián)盟和國(guó)際旅游與酒店聯(lián)合總會(huì)做為聯(lián)合國(guó)經(jīng)社部所屬的國(guó)際社團(tuán)應(yīng)該在新時(shí)期有多合作，并進(jìn)一步為世界文化和旅游業(yè)發(fā)展做出更多有益的貢獻(xiàn)。

今年是中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)龍年，我們剛剛過完中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)佳節(jié)——“春節(jié)”。謝謝您對(duì)我們的長(zhǎng)期關(guān)心與支持，您既是國(guó)際旅游與酒店聯(lián)合總會(huì)創(chuàng)始主席（我也是共同創(chuàng)始人），同時(shí)也是世界酒店聯(lián)盟名譽(yù)主席，您將長(zhǎng)期擔(dān)任這一職務(wù)，您的工作敬業(yè)精神和國(guó)際影響力完全能使我們繼續(xù)向您學(xué)習(xí)，并允許我們長(zhǎng)期聘請(qǐng)您。我們倆共同祝福世界酒店聯(lián)盟和國(guó)際旅游與酒店聯(lián)合總會(huì)龍年大吉！

尊敬的主席先生，世界范圍內(nèi)的國(guó)際旅游業(yè)務(wù)正逐步恢復(fù)，我相信在不遠(yuǎn)的時(shí)間里，您和我將會(huì)在巴黎，或者在北京能再次見面歡聚，共商全球文化和旅游交流發(fā)展工作計(jì)劃。

Wu Junlin: Reply to Mr. Dominic, President of the International Tourism and Hotel Federation in the "the Year of the dragon of China"

Dear President of Dominique,

I am very glad to receive your letters dated January 17 and February 9. I am very busy with my work and apologize for the late reply. I am glad to know that you are still healthy and working. I wrote back to you in the second half of 2023, probably because of your health and vacation. If you see those emails, please let me know.

China and France are two big friendly countries. The heads of state and senior officials of the two countries have had good interactions and exchanges on important occasions and festivals recently, which have brought a lot of positive energy to world peace and development.

You mentioned the importance of culture and tourism mentioned by UN Secretary-General Mr. Antonio GUTTERES, the huge opportunities that the 2024 Paris Olympic Games will bring to the development of world tourism, and the views of the Secretary-General of the World Tourism Organization Mr. Zurab POLOLIKASHVILI on the importance of the development of international communities. The WHA and the FIHOTO, as international organizations affiliated to the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, should cooperate more in the new era and further make more beneficial contributions to the development of world culture and tourism.

This year is the traditional Chinese Year of the Dragon, and we have just finished the traditional Chinese festival - "Spring Festival". Thank you for your continued interest and support. You are the founding President of the FIHOTO and the Honorary President of the WHA. You will continue to serve in this role for a long time. Your dedication and international influence fully enable us to continue to learn from you and allow us to retain you for a long time. We both wish the World Hotel Federation and the International Federation of Tourism and Hotels a happy New Year!

The international tourism industry is gradually recovering around the world, and I believe that you and I will meet again in Paris or Beijing in the near future to discuss the global culture.
