Mr Bai has nearly 20 years’ extensive experience in hospitality industry as well as solid educational background. He is responsible for the carry out of the company’s globalization strategy, resource optimization and enhancement of the overall competitiveness of HNA Hospitality Group. He oversees the group’s expansion into Europe and other parts of the world and plays a key role in HNA Hospitality Group’s formation of strategic partnerships with internationally renowned hotel groups such as NH Hotel Group and Red Lion Hotel Corp. He also leads the establishment of a joint venture company with NH Hotel Group which brings NH Hotels brands into the China market. Also under his leadership, Tangla Hotel Brussels, the first five-star upscale hotel built and managed by HNA Hospitality Group outside of China, has been successfully opened.
Major honors Mr Bai has received include: Leaders of the Hotel Industry (2013), the 10th China Hotel Golden Pillow Award; Top 10 Hoteliers of the Year (2014), the 9th China Hotel Starlight Awards; and Best Hotel Developer of the Year, 2015 Asia Hotel Forum.
