經(jīng)國家質(zhì)檢總局、國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理委員會批準(zhǔn)，國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《飯店星級的劃分與評定》將于2011年1月1日實(shí)施，全國1.4萬余家星級飯店將同時開展飯店星級評定與復(fù)核工作。
       國家旅游局監(jiān)督管理司司長李任芷在12月13日召開的新聞發(fā)布會上說，2010版星級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要特點(diǎn)是強(qiáng)調(diào)必備項目，在評定檢查時，強(qiáng)調(diào)核心產(chǎn)品，將客房產(chǎn)品定位為飯店核心產(chǎn)品，突出客房舒適度的要求；強(qiáng)調(diào)綠色環(huán)保，一至五星級飯店均要求制訂相應(yīng)的節(jié)能減排方案并付諸實(shí)施，取消對牙膏、牙刷、拖鞋、沐浴液、洗發(fā)液等客用品的硬性要求；強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)急管理，一至五星級飯店均需制訂火災(zāi)等6類突發(fā)事件處置的應(yīng)急預(yù)案；強(qiáng)調(diào)軟件服務(wù)，增強(qiáng)了軟件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評價的客觀性；強(qiáng)調(diào)特色經(jīng)營，在硬件設(shè)施評分表中增設(shè)商務(wù)會議飯店設(shè)施、度假飯店設(shè)施、其他等三類選擇項目，鼓勵企業(yè)按類別集中選項，引導(dǎo)星級飯店特色化、差異化發(fā)展。小型豪華精品飯店可以直接申請評定五星級。
       從2011年1月1日起，各地要嚴(yán)格按照2010版星級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和實(shí)施辦法的要求，開展飯店星級評定與復(fù)核工作。2011年全國星級飯店的對標(biāo)復(fù)核工作將覆蓋所有星級飯店，旅游管理部門將對轄區(qū)內(nèi)的每家星級飯店逐一進(jìn)行對標(biāo)檢查，不達(dá)標(biāo)的將被限期整改或取消星級。

      After authorizing of AQSIQ and SAC, national standard of Division of Star Hotels and Evaluation will carry out in January 1st, 2011, 14,000 star hotels will start the work of evaluation and recheck.
      Mr. Li Renzhi, the department chief of National Tourism Bureau Supervise and Administration Department, says on the news conference on December 13th that the 2011 star standard aims at the necessary projects, and emphasizes on core products. He also mentions the environmental protection, emergency management, soft maintenance and characteristic operation.
      From January 1st, the 2010 Division of Star Hotels and Evaluation should be observed. The recheck work will cover all star hotels in 2011, and the Tourist Administration Department should check every star hotel.
